We will treat the client and their property with the same politeness and respect that we would expect to receive ourselves.
On receipt of a 10% deposit we will confirm a start date that fits in with the client and once that date has been agreed we guarantee to be on site or the client will be refunded £100 for the inconvenience caused by this not happening. The only exception to this will be if these circumstances are totally beyond our control such as bad weather for outside work.
On the first day of a job, our priority will be to ensure that the area we are working in is fully protected and isolated as much as is possible to minimise disruption to the rest of the house ie any wooden floors that we have to go over will be firstly protected with cortex and dust sheets will be used where necessary.
All our jobs are project managed and the client will be kept regularly informed of progress on their job.
Our main aim is to complete each job on budget. However sometimes unforeseen extras might occur once the job has started or might be requested by the client. In these cases they will be discussed with the client and will only be carried out once we have approval from the client for the cost that will be incurred and once we have received the deposit from the client for these extra's to happen.
The quality of the work we carry out for our clients will always be too a high standard using quality materials.
We shall always take responsibility for our own rubbish and we shall always discuss with the client our plan as regards tidying up at the end of each day.
We shall take responsibility to ensure that we meet with the client on the day of completion so that we can sign off the job together with the client.
We shall always follow up any work completed with a client feedback form.
We shall ensure that the client always has access to another member of the team in the office if they have any reason to be unhappy with the work being carried out or has any other complaint.
