Sometimes things might go wrong and if they do we want to know and we believe that you should know what you can expect us to do about it.

We know it sounds a bit over the top but when you have work done in your home, even if it's just a newly painted room, then at the end it will make a big difference to how you feel (it's a bit like the feeling you get when you are opening a really beautifully wrapped package with a lovely well thought out gift inside it) We want you to feel the same about any work you have done in your house by Urban PA and that's why we put thought and where necessary, great design, into everything we do.

Urban PA's vision has always been about working hard to establish long term relationships with our clients and this principle is exactly the same for our home improvement teams.

We want to make sure that we can help our clients to maintain any work that is carried out and help make other improvements to the house when you need to - even if it's just a new shelf that needs putting up.

So, we offer complimentary follow up visits from one of our in house handy men for up to a year after our work is completed.
